Hi all...
hope you all doing great. Before I start with all of the exciting things... let's cheer you up with words of the day,"If you don't love yourself, you cannot love others."
So, we've been busy again this time. Well, we're sponsoring CSI (Color, Stories, Inspiration) this time!!! In case you didn't know who we are... Sistersart Creation

"We are two sisters, Linda and Merry, who are crazy about scrapbooking. Somehow we decided to make our own chipboards and try to sell them on 2011. And somehow it worked! Lately we've included some of corkboards and stencils too. And if you'd like and if it's not too complicated for us, we could make as well a custom design for you (only wordlets or names). We have quite selection of chipboards, corkboards and stencils. Our Facebook Account (Sistersart Creation - sistersartcreation@gmail.com) for inspirations of how using our products."

And if you'd like to know what we're giving away, here it is...
What do you think? Well, it's free!!! What are you waiting for? Join the challenge from CSI (Color, Stories, Inspiration) this month and you'll be able to have a chance to win this. Here's Case File No.157
And here are the layouts...
The Color Scheme : Turquoise, White, Bright Red, Medium Gray and Black.
The Evidence : Cameras, Eyeglasses, Hearts, Distressing and Pen Work.
The Testimony : Inspiration Word - Click.
It said,"Life is like a camera. Just focus on what's important. Develop from the negatives and capture the good times. And if things don't work out. Just take another shot."
The papers are from My Mind's Eye - Lush. I have them already for ages yet I couldn't used them because it's too beautiful. But somehow this time I have to use them or else...lol. I started (with the first page on the top left) using some gesso to make my paper more grungy, didn't use it that much as I wanted still the pattern to show up a little bit.  Once dried, I sprayed Vibrant Turquoise from Dylusions Ink Spray. I need more textures for my background, so I used our stencils and some structure paste. With the second page (on the top right), I simply hand cut them and rearranged them on my layout. I stamped JustRite alphabet to create my sentiment. Used the chipboard alphabet from the kit MME - Lush to create the title. Once done, I glued all of them and added more hearts chipboards for details....
And here's another layout that I've created for Case File No.157
The Color Scheme : Turquoise, White, Bright Red, Medium Gray and Black.
The Evidence : Grid Pattern, Scallop Pattern, Cameras, Circles, Metal, Polaroid Frame, Hearts, Buttons and Pen Work.
The Testimony : Inspiration Word - Capture.
It said,"Walk, Look, See, Stop, Photograph, Capture, Remember."
This idea I've got from Pinterest, the lady's name is Maisa. Her works are gorgeous, you should check her here. Mainly you just paint brushed all the area that you wanted soon the be frames. I used to different kind of colors from Dylusions Ink Spray - Postbox Red and  Black Marble (I used lots of water so the colors not so intensive). Then I started brushed it all around my page. Once dried, I doodled all the frames and started to put my chipboards, cork boards, filigree, buttons, charms, pearls and finally my sentiment.
Pretty simple isn't it. Well, thank you for stopping by to see my creations and can't wait to see join us at CSI (Color, Stories, Inspiration) and play along with us. Who knew, maybe you're the lucky one to win our chipboards, and when not, you still have fun with us... Hugs, Merry.
